¡Hola chicos! Espero que estén muy bien. Hoy les quiero comentar, cómo fue que se arruinó nuestro plan de jugar tenis de playa con unos amigos que conocíamos en persona por primera vez. Para aclarar, nos conocimos de forma virtual gracias a parientes de mi novio que tenían grupos de juegos online.
Hi guys! I hope you are doing great. Today I want to tell you, how our plan to play beach tennis with some friends we met in person for the first time was ruined. To clarify, we met virtually thanks to my boyfriend's relatives who had online gaming groups.
Habíamos organizado nuestra cita para eso de las 7 de la noche. Mi cuñado, su novia, mi novio y yo llegamos de primeros y esperábamos pacientemente a los demás chicos, un poco preocupados por el tiempo que se estaba formando en el cielo.
We had arranged our date for around 7pm. My brother-in-law, his girlfriend, my boyfriend and I arrived first and waited patiently for the other guys, a little worried about the weather that was forming in the sky.
Yo decidí ir al baño porque estaba necesitándolo, pero comencé a escuchar un ruido que se iba aumentando. Cuando abrí la puerta, había un lluvia fuerte que tenía a todo acurrucados en un techo. Me causó un poco de gracia que había una niña que estaba de cumpleaños y todo se mojó a pesar de que estaban debajo de un toldo.
I decided to go to the bathroom because I was in need, but I started to hear a noise that was getting louder and louder. When I opened the door, there was a heavy rain that had everything huddled on a roof. I was a little amused that there was a little girl who had a birthday and everything got wet even though they were under an awning.
Abrí un poco la puerta, pero tuve que cerrarla porque el viento estaba trayendo la lluvia hacia mi dirección y me iba a mojar toda. Tenia una licra rosada y una blusita color menta pastel. Desde lo lejos me fijé que mi novio, a unos cuentos metros de mí, me buscaba con la mirada y cuando por fin logramos conectar miradas me dijo que no me mojara, entre señas y palabras.

El llevaba un paraguas, por eso salí a su encuentro y el me llevó hasta el lugar donde ya todos estaban reunidos. Mientras estuve en el baño aproveché para tomarme algunas fotos, antes solía hacerlo mucho, tomarme muchas fotos, pero hoy en día la frecuencia es mucho menor.
I gladly stayed inside the bathroom with the door closed while the weather calmed down a bit. When I heard the noise coming down I looked out to see if anyone was coming to my rescue and saw my brother-in-law nearby buying something to drink. He was carrying an umbrella, so I went out to meet him and he took me to where everyone was already gathered.While I was in the bathroom I took the opportunity to take some pictures, I used to do it a lot, take a lot of pictures, but nowadays the frequency is much less.

Este plan se "arruinó", pero no fue mucho impedimento porque después de eso decidimos venir al día siguiente para no dejar morir este plan. Ya eran las 8 de la noche cuando empezamos a deliberar sobre qué comer, unos querían comer cerca, alguien quería recomendar unas hamburguesas y cada quien iba pensando en lo que quería, hasta que por fin decidimos ir a comer en un lugar que queda frente a esta cancha y la pasamos muy bien.
This plan was “ruined”, but it was not much of an impediment because after that we decided to come the next day so as not to let this plan die. It was already 8 o'clock at night when we started to deliberate about what to eat, some wanted to eat nearby, someone wanted to recommend some hamburgers and everyone was thinking about what they wanted, until we finally decided to go to eat in a place that is in front of this court and we had a great time.
