Commercial boats
Good morning and have a great day
Today I will share a few shots of some of the commercial boats here in New Bedford
I often look at these boats on walks around the port, and see vvarious shapes styales andof boats and of course in various conditions some looking proistine, almost new looking and some with such apparent wear from the hard work out on the oceran fishing, n as I tend to do I do some research on things when I prepare a post, and have come to the conclusdion one could think of a commercial fishing boat not just as a vessel, but as a floating Swiss Army knife built to survive a bar fight with Mother Nature often loading with plenty of technology such as Sonar, echo sounders, communications equipment and probably a heck of a lot more
Here are a couple of Fishing boats

I amlost titles this post commercial fishing boats, but had this ship, The vessel CAPT.JOSEPH E PEARCE is a Offshore Tug/Supply Ship built in 1991
but the description above fits tug boats I am sure, are loaded with technology also, and have huge engines to enable them to tbe the work horses they are towing or pushing large loads around the waterways

and here we have the Angel fisher, and some others in the background, I know many of the fishing boats here focus on scallops, but I will be honest, as of yet I still am not sure how to tell what type of fish a boat specializes in
