المشكلة المؤرقة للطيارين إنهم لا يستطيع أي منهم أثناء الطيران ارتداء نظارة شمسية بعدسات معالجة بطريقة " Polarization " المُخصص لتقليل التوهج والإنعكاس الأفقى للضوء ؛ فأغلب شركات الطيران العالمية تمنع إرتداء الطيارين للنظارات المُعالجة بطريقة " Polarization " بشكل قاطع ، والسبب هو أن مُعظم الطائرات زجاجها الأمامى مقوس ومُعالج بنفس الطريقة ، فإذا ارتدى الطيار النظارة الشمسية إنكسار الضوء سيبقى على نفس الدرجة ، فالرؤية ستكون بهذا الشكل !
