Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Les comparto un resumen de mi entrenamiento de hoy. El día de hoy entrené plancha en casa, mi entrenamiento fue basado en entrenar combos de straddle, como flexión más press y negativas, luego de eso hice combos pero con liga de resistencia, en este caso en full planche, luego realicé flexiones en tuck más preses y por último hice unos ejercicios para los músculos rotadores externos del hombro los cuáles me ayudarán a mejorar mi técnica en cuanto al posicionamiento de los bíceps en la plancha. Este año quiero mejorar mucho mi plancha hasta poder lograr un nivel profesional, quiero realizar muchos combos con flexiones de full planche y sus diferentes variantes y también mejorar mucho en front lever, pronto les comparto algunas rutinas que haga de front lever con mis amigos. Y bueno mi gente espero que disfruten de mi entrenamiento de hoy, no estaba muy motivado sin embargo me gustó bastante poder entrenar bien el día de hoy, nos vemos en un próximo post ✌🏽. # Bueno amigos espero que les hayan gustado estas fotografías! Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I share with you a summary of my training today. Today I trained plancha at home, my workout was based on training straddle combos, like pushup plus press and negatives, after that I did combos but with resistance league, in this case in full planche, then I did tuck pushups plus presses and finally I did some exercises for the shoulder external rotator muscles which will help me to improve my technique regarding the positioning of the biceps in the plancha. This year I want to improve a lot my plank until I can achieve a professional level, I want to make many combos with full planche pushups and its different variations and also improve a lot in front lever, soon I will share with you some routines that I do front lever with my friends.
