Saludos amigos de la comunidad
Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! Volvemos está semana con nuestro reporte, como siempre mi reporte lo hago haciendo mi respectivo trote mañanero, está vez lo hice a las 6:30 am por lo que fue una carrera bastante temprana, en este caso trote solo ya que los amigos con los que siempre me acompañan no podían ir hoy y mi fiel compañero @miguelgabriel-sw está de vacaciones en un viaje a Colombia por lo que todos estos días estaré sin su compañía, la verdad que este trote estuvo algo corto pero bastante potente, trote aproximadamente 30 minutos por una ruta en la cual siempre trato. Estos trotes mañaneros también me ayudarán a mejorar un poco más mi resistencia para el evento de este sábado el cual les comenté anteriormente en otra publicaciones ya que quiero ir bastante preparado a nivel físico, y bueno amigos eso fue todo por el día de hoy, espero que les haya gustado el reporte y nos vemos en un próximo post ❤️.

Actifit I hope you are feeling well! We are back this week with our report, as always I do my report doing my respective morning jog, this time I did it at 6:30 am so it was a fairly early race, in this case I jog alone because my friends who always accompany me could not go today and my faithful partner @miguelgabriel-sw is on vacation on a trip to Colombia so all these days I will be without his company, the truth is that this jog was something short but quite powerful, jogging about 30 minutes on a route in which I always try. These morning jogs will also help me to improve a little more my endurance for this saturday's event which I told you previously in other posts because I want to go quite prepared physically, and well friends that was all for today, I hope you liked the report and see you in a next post ❤️.
