Saludos amigos de la comunidad
SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Les vengo a compartir un pequeño resumen de lo que fue mi día de hoy. Está mañana decidí trotar un rato con un amigo y para hacerlo un poco más dinámico nos fuimos hasta un gimnasio llamado "Overall Gym" en donde entrena otro amigo mío, fui para allá ya que quería visitarlo un rato porque tenía tiempo sin verlo, estuve un rato por allá con el grabando unos vídeos y luego me fui a casa, luego de eso se hizo la tarde y tocó entrenar con mis amigos, no quise hacer mucho ya que aún persiste la dolencia en el hombro y preferí realizar mis estiramientos y movilizaciones que me recomendó la fisioterapeuta con la que asistí y así mejorar el dolor en vez de agravarlo, me gustó mucho este día ya que nos visito mi gran amigo @kley-sw el cuál tenía tiempo sin entrenar con nosotros. Y bueno amigos espero que les haya gustado mi día de hoy, la verdad fue un día algo normal pero productivo, nos vemos en un próximo post ❤️.

SWC I hope you are feeling well! I come to share with you a little summary of what was my day today. This morning I decided to jog for a while with a friend and to make it a little more dynamic we went to a gym called “Overall Gym” where another friend of mine trains, I went there because I wanted to visit him for a while because I had some time without seeing him, I spent some time there with him recording some videos and then I went home, after that it was afternoon and it was time to train with my friends, I didn't want to do much since the pain in the shoulder still persists and I preferred to do my stretching and mobilizations that the physiotherapist recommended me and thus improve the pain instead of aggravating it, I really liked this day since my great friend @kley-sw visited us and he had some time without training with us. And well friends I hope you liked my day today, the truth was a somewhat normal but productive day, see you in a next post ❤️.
