Stroll around Sunken Gardens.

A good walk around Mount Gambier before dawn provided a mix of nature and architectural views. The town in the South of Australia is important for its limestone and sinkholes. We walked around the sinkhole garden, often called the “Sunken Garden”. It was a nice stroll around the sunken garden. Mt Gambier is located around 450km from the main city, Adelaide, in South Australia.

It’s a regional area that offers warmth among people and culture. Above the garden, the park is well-maintained with a walking path and enough space to have your picnic as well. The Sunken Garden in spring is decorated with blossoms, birds, and greenery. The start of autumn has brought different shades of colors, still providing an appealing view.

As a protected site, the railings and stairs to the down provided an opportunity to get close to the garden. The roofs, stairs, and small caves provided a home for the brushtail possum.

There is another sunken garden(a small one) in the centre of town, a few minutes' drive away from the main one. This is located in the city and would get a good observation from the passersby entering the town.

**a new addition**
The new addition is a representation of a megafauna creature. It was in the limelight for vandalism, and also for the cost of the installation.

The weather is cold as it's located in the far south of Australia, and the weather keeps on changing with rain as well. I like the place so far, so good. One great addition is everything located in the town, and anyone can have good times with people and family, with no hustle and bustle. I took a mini stroll around the town centres, and it was good, and a cold breeze added calmness to the walk.

As of the quick travel in between the places, I couldn't make it to all the spots. We might travel in a few months and would hope to cover all the tourist places next time.
Thank you.
