In the past couple of months, ever since I had this job that I currently work at, I've had to use more of a wifi network.
In the beginning though, when I just newly started at the job, I would connect my phone's Hotspot to my work system but that did not help well enough as I faced a great number of difficulties that affected seamless work output.
First, I think the network connection from the phone was not strong enough to handle the heavy tasks that I had to do. Plus, the service from the particular network provider wasn't as steady and convenient as i would want.
Second, with having to share the network strength between my system(for work) amd my phone(which runs many notifications and a few apps in the background), i had to share network speed and this was painstaking cause the signal strength kept fluctuating and affecting fluidity and my overall performance to my job.
Using my mobile network was just okay by me until I got a wifi, and then I understood that I had been suffering.
The network connection from the wifi was solid, and the speed was great. I ran through my tasks so fast. Even in my area with its unstable network, I did not have to worry so much as the wifi held on and served. Then, I realized that I saved a lot of money on data by using a wifi rather than over my mobile data.
These days, I use more of my wifi for work in particular. When it's just for my everyday phone use, I subscribe to my mobile data, and that serves me. For speed and cost effectiveness, wifi works best for me(when I am working), but when it's only for my mobile phone, mobile data works even better and offers just enough convenience(since I cannot afford to always move about with a wifi).
Thanks for stopping by.
