Today is not an ordinary day for me. Today is one of those days that mark a “before and after” in life. With my heart pounding and my excitement at its peak, I share with you a piece of news that I dreamed for years and that has finally come true:

Hoy no es un día cualquiera para mí. Hoy es de esos días que marcan un “antes y un después” en la vida. Con el corazón latiendo fuerte y la emoción a flor de piel, les comparto una noticia que soñé durante años y que por fin se ha hecho realidad:

The book is called “Life Is... As You Want To See It”, and yes, the title says it all. It talks about how many times life doesn't change because we simply don't change the way we look at it. Sometimes it's all there, right in front of us, waiting for us to wake up, to decide to see things differently.
The curious and magical thing about all this is that I wrote this book almost five years ago. It was sitting on my computer, waiting for me. For a long time I would look at it and think, “Someday I will publish it.” But that “someday” kept dragging on... out of fear, out of doubts, out of believing it wasn't enough.
Until one day, recently, I decided to stop waiting.

El libro se llama “La Vida Es… Como La Quieras Ver”, y sí, el título lo dice todo. Habla de cómo muchas veces la vida no cambia porque simplemente no cambiamos la forma de mirarla. A veces todo está allí, frente a nosotros, esperando a que despertemos, a que decidamos ver las cosas de otra manera.
Lo curioso y mágico de todo esto es que este libro lo escribí hace casi cinco años. Estaba guardado en mi computadora, esperándome. Durante mucho tiempo lo miraba y pensaba: “Algún día lo publicaré”. Pero ese “algún día” se fue alargando… por miedo, por dudas, por creer que no era suficiente.
Hasta que un día, hace poco, decidí dejar de esperar.
And today I can tell you for sure that it is worth believing in yourself, even if it is late, even if you are afraid, even if you don't know where to start. You don't need to be perfect, or an expert, or have it all figured out. You just need to take that first step. I took it, and here I am telling you about it.

Y hoy puedo decirte con toda seguridad que vale la pena creer en uno mismo, aunque sea tarde, aunque tengas miedo, aunque no sepas por dónde empezar. No necesitas ser perfecta, ni experta, ni tener todo resuelto. Solo necesitas dar ese primer paso. Yo lo di, y aquí estoy contándotelo.

This book tells the story of a family, with everyday moments and situations that many people will recognize in their own lives. Throughout each chapter, reflections are presented that invite you to think, to question yourself, and above all, to look at life from a different perspective.

Este libro cuenta la historia de una familia, con momentos cotidianos y situaciones que muchas personas podrán reconocer en su propia vida. A través de cada capítulo, se presentan reflexiones que invitan a pensar, a cuestionarse, y sobre todo, a mirar la vida desde otra perspectiva.
La esencia del mensaje es clara: según cómo decidas ver la vida, puedes transformar tu realidad. A veces, cambiar el enfoque lo cambia todo. It is not an autobiography or a personal testimony, but a book full of lessons learned from simple but powerful stories. I wrote it with the intention that each person who reads it will take away something valuable, something that will help them to make a small or big change in their life.
