New Features

1. after the post question is released, the popup layer is automatically closed, and the page list is refreshed to show the latest content.
2. When the form is submitted, the display is loading, and the prompt is displayed after the submission is successful.
3. the form field of question must be filled, if not filled, pop-up prompt information.

Bug Fixed

1.Fixed an issue where the title could not be submitted when special characters existed.
