Why create ANOTHER steem front end?

  1. Searchability. Think about how silly it is to click a tab like "photography" and then you have to scroll from newest to oldest by the posting date.
Imagine if youtube was like that.
    No one would use it.

  2. Off chain Usability: Isn't it strange Steem-chain front ends don't use off-chain functions? Everyone uses sites like discord to work on steem projects already. Why wouldn't you just do that one one site! It would be WAY easier. Plus it would get people using their VP more often. More site activity means more blog posts. That means bigger reward pools.

  3. Off-chain Steem transactions: People already send each other a LOT of steem back and forth off the chain with bots. Why not bring that bot activity to a steem front end? It would increase tipping between steem users. Instead of a bunch of black hole tipping: Sending steem to people who never sign up to the Steem chain.

  4. More pressure to become a Whale: One thing we really like about Steemit is that it incentivizes Powering up Steem to become a whale. This site would go even FURTHER by making a TRENDING tab the default... not new posts. The more SP the more VISIBILITY.

  5. Steem Engine Bots: People with Steem engine tokens would be ENCOURAGED to build bots on our front end chat. Now you can reward posters with a tip of.... Anything! Any token made on SE could be integrated.

Coming soon. Under development by @a1-shroom-spores and @ecoinstant.
