I changed my mind (classic me) I'm too sick to write about it now, and that's actually what the track is about; sickness, Nelly is my colon, and it's nervous, so nervous to the point that it turned into physical pain, I'm medicated at the moment so it's ok, for now, at least...
It's that thing happening again but it leveled up a bit (a lot) ــ Getting hard to breathe here, am I nearing death? I'm not crying! You're crying!
