I actually went this walk on Sunday morning and have been meaning post pictures for days now.
We started off heading from my house up towards Bonaly, one of a few routes into the hills, past the Alpaca's then the real climb began.
Up through the woods to reveal a fantastic view of Edinburgh.
We climbed a bit further and wandered through the army training area until we reached the top of the next hill where we stopped on the Crag for a wee break. ;-)
We the set out the route home past the frozen reservoir and headed back down the hill covering close to 20k in total.
