Question. A Poem.

**Question** ___ Where was I last night? Which universe took me this time? Woke up in a morning with smile Excited Alive

I'm probably just going out of my mind
Not chasing the dime
I am stopping the time

Stepping over the line
Madness
I'm fine

One in the wild
Going my way like a being of light
But only I'm right

Breathing in terror and darkness and fright
Embracing the night
Whole as the life
Never tired to write
Perception and sight

Where will you be when you go in tonight?
Body in bed while your mind in the flight?
It's a leap of faith

Take control of the breathing my mate
On an infinite plane through invisible gate
Our timing is perfect
We are never late

When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady. But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life. Therefore, one should learn to control the breath.
-Svatmarama, Hatha Yoga Pradipika

Because, why not?

Let the air become you, and then leave you. Forgive each breath because although it abandons you, every single time, it is also brings you life. A man who cannot forgive the air has no chance of living. ~Edmond Manning, King Perry
