Hey Steemit!
Sorry to have disappeared! I took a fantastic trip to Portugal and when I got back I dove straight back into school and work and unfortunately my Steemit took a hit. But I'm back!
With being so busy with life, I've tried to treat myself to some tasty food... and recently I've been on an Asian food streak.. like I am non-stop craving noodles and sushi.
Some salmon and California rolls from my last sushi dinner!
In the last few weeks I've eaten Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese and Lebanese foods. I've been experimenting more in the kitchen and have found that there are many dishes which are relatively easy to make. I think that many times we can become a bit limited in our cooking, sometimes we are afraid to fail or simply afraid to try something new. In the past few weeks I have challenged myself to step out of my comfort zone and try cooking more Asian inspired dishes. Learning some simple dishes can really boost your confidence in the kitchen and add new foods to your repertoire.
I would like to try some new Asian dishes - any recommendations? What are some of your favorites?
