Of course I am amazed by the various cultures that create various foods. There are many stories behind it that always amaze me. Not only about the taste but also how the presentation of the food tempts me to eat it.
I have often eaten this cone-shaped rice in various places when I was on a culinary tour. Not all restaurants want to serve rice in a unique shape, even though I think a unique presentation of rice can attract customers.

Stopping at a place for lunch this time I found a menu that was actually simple but presented in a fairly interesting way. Chicken Rice Menu. It sounds simple to me, but let's see it together here.
In the chicken section, fried chicken is served, but the chicken is fried with the addition of galangal which is blended with other spices so that it is rich in flavor.

In the rice section, the steamed rice is served in a triangular shape. In Indonesia, this triangular rice has the meaning of rice that is shaped like a mountain which symbolizes the prosperity of life, the peak of success.
Then for the complement that I like is the spicy chili sauce, from the hottest type of chili that is mashed with onions.
A little raw vegetables called LALAPAN. A slice of tomato, also two slices of cucumber for a refreshing sensation when eating the fried chicken.
A rice menu like that is indeed my comfort food and the comfort food of other Indonesians because the chicken also has a very spicy taste.
Then there is a red drink. Actually this is a traditional drink that I just tried this time at this cafe. Herbal drink whose main ingredient comes from KAYU SECANG which is shaved and then brewed will later produce a distinctive red color. There are also dried lemongrass and cloves.

It is perfect for me to enjoy this time when it is raining heavily. The tables outside are covered in plastic because of the heavy rain. While there are still many visitors.

The name of this cafe is TENTREM BUMI which means a peaceful earth. The decoration is minimalist but made like a shady garden.

Until the day was about to get dark I was here then I enjoyed the cold weather then fortunately there was this warm herbal drink that accompanied me while waiting for the rain to stop to go home.
This cafe is visited by many young people because on social media they say that they also have a delicious coffee menu which is a favorite of young people.

The minimalist concept of this place which also carries a green open area, everywhere I see green plants decorating. The building design is also made to stay connected to nature such as using red bricks and using cement without a natural finish.
An experience that taught me about the peak of success in life like mountain rice. A success that is not easily achieved such as climbing a mountain which is full of struggle.
I also like the taste of this cafe with this place which offers peace, tranquility like the name of the place itself which is attached to them.
