The last six months have been very hard on me. I have not felt like my old self. I tried everything I could to get myself out of the funk it was in. Yet nothing was working, and I found myself sinking lower and lower into an awful depression.

The video explains, in detail, what I was dealing with and what I need to do in the future to ensure I take care of the future me.
