Majority of my favorite strategies are on the simpler side like using Kelya Frendul for Djinn Oshannus or using Quix the Devious in Going the Distance rule. I like simple but reliant strategies but once in a while, I like mixing things.
The next three strategies I would tell you are all on the drawing board but in theory, they should work as intended.
Avina of the Wolf + Bera Dallin Combo

Bera Dallin is one of the best Taunt unit in the game in my opinion. While Iziar and Wave Brood are good because they have Taunt and Void, the fact is that Void only affects 1 of 3 attack types in the game. Bera Dallin has Shield which affects 2 of 3 attacks, which is melee and range. She is with Life element that has a lot of supporting units with Tank Heal and Repair to keep her alive.
With Taunt ability, attacks from units with Opportunity, Snipe, Sneak and Charge abilities will be redirected to your Taunt unit including normal range and magic damage. This means you can now focus your support on one unit and as long as that unit is alive, your team will be as well.
Avina of the Wolf helps in this lineup by making sure your Taunt unit lives until the end by granting Heal ability. This gives the enemy team quite a problem to deal with if they are unprepared.
Lily Shieldpaw + Oshuur Constantia

Lily Shieldpaw is probably the most unique summoner in the game and new players will take quite a few battles to understand her concept.
Lily Shieldpaw gives Camouflage to every unit on your team so you have that freedom to choose whichever tank your want and it is not tied to a certain combo. With everyone in Camouflaged, your enemies cannot target any unit unless they are in first position because everyone has Camouflage. Since everyone has Camouflage ability, the unit in the 1st position is the only unit that can be attacked. It's like adding Taunt ability to that one unit on the front and if that unit dies, the same effect is passed on to your next unit until it cycled to the end.
There's a lot of advantage with this set up. The easiest to understand would be that all of your support, such as units with Tank Heal like Oshuur Constantia, will be safe. The farthest you put them in the back, the safer. This is a good plan if you like using such units that have gives you higher value the longer the battle goes. To make this easier to understand, Lily Shieldpaw can recreate the whole effect of Fog of War rule by herself and that same rule will be applied to your team.
The only trick to bypass this concept is using abilities that does indirect damage like Scattershot, Blast, Thorns, Magic Reflect and Return Fire. The units with Camouflage ability cannot be attacked but it doesn't mean that they are impervious to damage. You can still damage them as long as you don't target them for attacks.
I added Oshuur Constantia as an example but Lily Shieldpaw's synergy with Oshuur Constantia can be passed to any unit with Tank Heal, Repair, Protect, and other units that affect other units.
Prophet Rosa x Wave Brood

Unlike Bera Dallin and Avina of the Wolf compatibility, Prophet Rosa and Wave Brood does not rely solely on defense but can also be a good source of offense when needed.
Your main strategy is still the same. It's a Taunt-focused team based around Wave Brood. However, instead of Tank Heal, you use Triage and put Wave Brood at the back. While this unit lack armor or Heal compared to Bera Dallin - Avina of the Wolf combo, Wave Brood has both Void and Shield, thanks to Prophet Rosa.
Now, when you can see that your team will be losing in a defensive battle, Prophet Rosa's advantage is that she can quickly switch to offense by offering increased 2 range attack to two of your units, one of them would be usually Wave Brood.
This can quickly make Wave Brood, and usually, Angelic Mandarin, both into 4 damage. This is quite high for units with 8 and 3 mana costs, respectively. This difference in flexibility is what separated Prophet Rosa to Avina of the Wolf and why I still rank Prophet Rosa higher and better than Avina of the Wolf despite having almost the same playstyle and idea.
Just a Quick Update

It took me a while but I am finally in Gold!
I'm not sure if it's just luck but I got a good consistent wins recently with Kelya Frendul, Djinn Oshannus, Nerissa Tridawn and Captain Fellblade.

The rewards aren't that appealing this time but it's still free so I'll take it.
