“There Is a Season, Turn, Turn, Turn!” 😊 My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2025

“There is a Season Turn, Turn, Turn!” 😊 “Do you smell THAT Liz?”😳 More predictable than the famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow……… I certainly hope I spelled that one, right Lol!😇 When these pungent smelling, water loving plants, start to emerge from a winters slumber……… It is officially Spring!🤗 Skunk weed ….. just as the name implies, these plants emit a strong odor, (that smells exactly like a skunk). They can be smelled hundreds of feet away, and with their bright yellow color, they can’t be missed !🙄 The Mrs looked these plants up on line, and she tells me that they can actually push their way up through snow! 😮 “ Don’t stop Liz till we get further uphill, away from these plants Lol!”😇 Yes it’s Spring!😎 A bit unpredictable weather, but that’s how we roll in the Pacific Northwest!☺️ Filtered Sunshine was casting shadows on the forest floor as I hiked up my favorite trail to the ridge top………. For a moment, it started raining……….. Five minutes later, it stopped!😅 Just a t-shirt, and an uninsulated rain coat today, the temperature was sitting at balmy 65 degrees Fahrenheit for the second day!🤗 “It’s a little bit too HOT today isn’t it Liz?”😅 Northwesterner’s, have a difficult time adjusting to hot weather Lol!🤣 I’m sure it will cool off a little bit tonight, and I should be able to light a fire in the wood stove Lol!😇 Time to get those air conditioners ready Lol!🤣 Till tomorrow Silvertop Mike 😊
