"Vuum" is a fun sound effect. I mean, it's no "Vworp" but it is up there. Well, it's up there alphabetically at least.
Battle is over. Grayhawk sends the Justice Rangers packing and Team Kick is left to bury their dead.
Meanwhile, our favorite antagonist Luthor Alexander III has some 'splainin' to do.
I've got a few more pages to go to wrap this chapter and set the stage for the big throw-down coming up with Supreme Leader.
I am uploading this from a Panera in Fullerton. I actually went to a tabletop/role-playing game day this morning sponsored by the Fullerton Library. It has been a long time since I had a chance to sit down at a physical gaming table and sling some dice. I was worried it would be all teenagers, but it was mostly adults. Most of them new to gaming, which was nice.
As a veteran gamer, the two most important rules are 1: Have fun, and 2: Help everyone else to have fun. Played two short games with pre-generated characters. Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition, and Champions 6th edition. Helped the newbies with the rules to keep the story moving. All in all, good day.
Except now it's really hot so that's why I had to escape into the Panera air conditioning.
