[EN/PT-BR] How good it is to grow! 14,000 HP reached!

Growth is part of our lives and we cannot deny that. Whether it is the most basic growth possible, which is that of our own body, growing in life, in everything we do is essential to feel fulfilled, to give it an emotion, a different taste, the true spice of life is to pursue our goals and achieve them. When we started here at Hive, we realized that there was great difficulty in growing in the first moments, so many doubts, so many options, how can we evolve if we usually arrive here without knowing anyone?

Search for connections, do your best and most importantly: be determined that you really want this, achieve your dream, reach your goals, be seen and remembered by people. In the beginning, I remember how I made mistakes, how everything was so amateurish and how I had so many doubts, but as time went by, I made friends, founded the Brazilian community HiveBR with other friends and so we were able to reach greater heights. With the strength of the community, I was able to grow and see many others grow, after all, we can go far alone, but we can go much further when we have friends, colleagues or partners who decide to go in the same direction.

Hive has many opportunities, of the most varied for all genres and tastes, you just have to look, talk, try to fit in somewhere that you like and feel good. Don't create barriers. If the problem is language, use a translator. If you feel alone, look for communities related to your country. They are the starting point for any adventure here. The community is our guild, our clan, our safe haven, and for those who know us, we can even call it our “Fairy Tail”, It doesn't matter, What really matters is how the people around us can help us evolve.

How good it is to grow, just that, to see and feel the difference between before and after, between yesterday and today, but it doesn't stop there, we want more, I want more! Recently, on 04/20/2025, another big milestone was reached: 14,000 Hive Power (HP) and well, I'm amazed by all of this, how I came here without knowing anything, doing everything wrong and even getting caught by HW (yes, I've already paid for my sins haha) and today, I'm practically a person who teaches, who inspires, who tries to do their best and give their best to others.

I'm really happy with all of this, but it doesn't stop there, with my final goal being 20k HP by the end of the year, I still have a lot of work for 8 months, in the search for another 6,000 HP and thus finally get there. This moment is very special for me, but I hope it is also for many other people. If you want to grow here at Hive, believe in it and put everything you have into this dream, I'm sure it will come true!

O crescimento faz parte da nossa vida e não podemos negar isso. Seja o crescimento mais básico possível, o qual é o do nosso próprio corpo, crescer na vida, em tudo o que fazemos é essencial para podermos nos sentir realizados, para dar uma emoção, um gosto diferente, o verdadeiro tempero da vida é buscar por nossos objetivos e conquistá-los. Quando começamos aqui na Hive, percebemos que existe uma grande dificuldade de crescimento nos primeiros momentos, tantas dúvidas, tantas opções, como conseguir evoluir se geralmente chegamos aqui sem conhecer ninguém?

Buscar conexões, fazer o seu melhor e principalmente: ter determinação de que você quer realmente isso, conquistar o sonho, alcançar objetivos, ser visto e lembrado pelas pessoas. No começo, lembro como cometi erros, como tudo era tão amador e como tinha tantas dúvidas, mas com o passar do tempo, fiz amizades, fundei a comunidade brasileira HiveBR junto de outros amigos e assim, conseguimos alcançar voos maiores. Com a força da comunidade, pude crescer e ver muitos outros crescendo, afinal, podemos ir longe sozinhos, mas podemos ir bem mais além quando temos amigos, colegas ou parceiros que decidem ir para a mesma direção.

A Hive tem muitas oportunidades, das mais variadas para todos os gêneros e gostos, basta você procurar, conversar, tentar se encaixar em algum lugar que você goste e se sinta bem. Não crie barreiras, se o problema é a linguagem, use um tradutor, se se sentir sozinho, busque pelas comunidades referentes ao seu país, elas são o ponto zero de qualquer aventura por aqui. A comunidade é a nossa guilda, o nosso clã, o porto seguro e, para aqueles que conhecem, podemos até chamar de nossa “Fairy Tail”, não importa, o que realmente importa é como as pessoas ao nosso redor podem nos ajudar a evoluir.

Como é bom crescer, apenas isso, ver e sentir a diferença do antes e depois, do ontem e do hoje, mas não para por aqui, queremos mais, eu quero mais! Recentemente, no dia 20/04/2025, mais uma grande marca: 14.000 Hive Power (HP) e bem, estou alucinado com tudo isso, em como entrei aqui sem saber nada, fazendo tudo errado e até sendo pego pelo HW (sim, já paguei por meus pecados haha) e hoje, praticamente sou uma pessoa que ensina, que inspira, que tenta fazer o seu melhor e dar o seu melhor para os outros.

Estou realmente muito feliz com tudo isso, mas não para por aí, com o meu objetivo final sendo de 20k de HP até o final do ano, ainda tenho muito trabalho para 8 meses, na busca por mais 6.000 HP e assim finalmente chegar lá. Este momento é muito especial para mim, mas espero que também seja para muitas outras pessoas. Se você deseja crescer aqui na Hive, acredite nisso e coloque tudo o que você tem neste sonho, tenho certeza de que ele irá se realizar!
