Oops super late again with sharing my three songs. I got to try this new pickleball at one city in Malaysia which is around the subang area. Honestly, the place is nice and the courts are pretty good except the back space is a bit tight. It was pretty good because I was able to play the whole time since there wasn't enough people to cover all the 6 courts.
It was basically a free session; the host just asked us to buy 2 100 plus cans which was RM5 total. Anyways, I need to focus back into the music. I will be sharing three songs from Philip Wesley. I don't think he's very famous but he has one super popular piano piece on Spotify. I will also be sharing two other pieces from him that aren't as famous but I think they are still good.

#1. Dark Night of the Soul - Philip Wesley

The first song I want to share is Dark Night of the Soul. Since there's no lyrics, it's kind of an open ended interpretation. Based on the title and melody, I believe this piano piece is about dreaming. The melody gives this kind of fantasy feel where it's late at night and the mind (soul) is having an adventure in the dream.

#2. Far and Away - Philip Wesley

Far and Away is one of the longer pieces by Philip. The length of the piece does kind of match with the title name since whatever is far and away will take long hence the song is long. For me, I feel there could be two things the piece is about. One could be someone they live is far and away or the second could be a difficult goal yet to be achieved.

#3. The Approaching Night - Philip Wesley

As usual, I saved the best for last. The YouTube doesn't even reach 1m views but this piece has almost 67m plays on spotify. Honestly, I love the melody; it's super catchy and kind of makes me sleepy. I feel there's a lot of plays either for sleeping or for chilling/studying. I hope you at least like this one because it's my favorite.

Thank You

If you made it to the end, thank you so much for reading and listening. What do you think of Philip? Are you captivated by his beautiful piano pieces?
Please don't be afraid to share your three songs every Tuesday! Share the music share the love.

Credits

I do not own any of these songs and these are not my YouTube channels; it's just for fair use and sharing new music to everybody. All credit for these songs go to their singer🙏.
