I was so busy yesterday and tired when I came home that I wasn't able to get to write my usual weekend engagement post on Sunday since I just passed out after showering. I literally woke up at 830am to end up playing pickleball from 10am-3pm. I got subway after as my lunch and dinner and did some work at home. After getting the work done, I came back to play again at the same place from 7pm-midnight. I basically joined four sessions for a total of 10 hours and above you can see two photos from two different sessions that took group photos; the other two groups didn't take any photos. Anyways that's basically why I'm writing this post super late and luckily today was a holiday so I can rest and recover until my evening game from 9pm-midnight. Anyways, what I actually want to talk about today is about my favorite burger!

I don't think I have a specific favorite burger but there are some key components that I must have in a burger. I'm the type that prefers a gourmet burger because they use more quality ingredients. It's levels above fast food and honestly, I'm not a big fan of fast food burgers. The only fast food burger that I wouldn't mind eating everyday is the in and out burgers but they don't have that in Malaysia; it's only in the states primarily in California.
Anyways, my burger needs to have two buns. This is just a standard for a burger; I don't think you can call something a burger without two buns. Ideally if the two buns are toasted with butter, that would be the best. Then lettuce and tomatoes are ideal in a burger. It's nice to have some vegetables in the mix. As for the cheese, I think an American, blue or cheddar cheese would be ideal. If you know a better cheese for burgers, do share in the comments below. As for the meat, the patty needs to be beef. If possible, I would want the beef to be wagyu with an 80% lean and 20% fat ratio. Pork and chicken burgers are bleh no offense. I just don't feel these types of meat are meant to be on a burger. Finally, a great burger needs a good sauce. I think the in and out sauce would be great or even a bbq type of sauce. There's just so many different kinds that can work depending on the flavor I would want for that time. I can't recall any specific burger sauce that I loved.
Well that's all for me for the ideal burger. Did I miss anything that I should add on? Share your opinion on the ideal burger in the comments below!
