Hi guys.
I give you a recipe for a meal I like very much today. This meal belongs to the region of Mesopotamia. I hope you like it too.

Ingredients
dry cottage cheese
onion
egg
meat

For the dough
bread flour
warm water
active dry yeast
salt

Topping
butter

Sprinkle some flour on the workstation and knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes. Make it dough until it is bent and curled and get a smooth surface on the dough. You can always add some flour if needed, so the dough does not stick to the surface. Leave the dough to rest. Then divide the dough into two smooth balls.

Chop the onions in cubes. Boil the eggs. Fry the meat. Place the ingredients we prepared in a bowl. Mix the onion and dry cottage cheese and add the egg and meat. Mix it all.

Open your dough with a rolling pin or with your hands. Lubricate the oven tray and place the dough. The dough can be collected because the dish is oily. Spread your dough with your hands thoroughly.

We pour the ingredients we prepared for the baking tray. And we spread it evenly.

We open the second ball dough in the same way. And we put the dough on the tray. We put the dough over the material and close it. Then we lubricate it with oil. It will look like you see in the photo below.

We pre-heat the oven and cook at 180 ° C.

We cut the patila in square shape. You notice that it's crispy when cutting.

We pour over the melted butter.

Patila's ready. Eat without cooling. It looks really amazing. I'm waiting for your comments.
