My Splinterlands and Hive Progress, 10k HP Goal Achieved!

Today I would like to go over my progress as a Splinterlands player, SPS Node Validator, my Hive Power Goals and progress as well as my progress as a Hive Witness.

To start off I would like to take a look at my Splinterlands Season Performance:

As you can see I have achieved Champion Three in both Modern and Wild League. I got as close as forty points or two wins away from the Champion Two in Wild and one hundred points or five wins away from the Champion Two in Modern league.

My win / loss ratio was better than one in both leagues, means that I won more than half of my battles in both leagues. I have finished in top one hundred in Modern which means that I have earned some Leaderboard Glint token rewards.

All and all I would consider it a very successful Splinterlands season for me. If we take a look at my historic performance in Modern we can see that this was consistent with my performance in the last three seasons where I made it to Champion three. My final rating was the highest in a very long time:

Overall my player performance has stayed pretty consistent based on the chart above. So why is my SPS earnings chart looks like this?:

What is responsible for the giant jump from the peaks around four thousand SPS earned per season to just over twelve thousand SPS?

Well Season 155 is the first season where we had SPS Nodes running for the whole Splinterlands season and the first time I made an effort to participate in Survival. So about 8,000 SPS per season is a total increase. And I am not even a top Splinterlands Validator Node. Based on votes I am ranked at number thirteen:

As you can see it is estimated that I earn around 377.66 SPS per day, so 14 days times 377.66 = 5,287 SPS for Validator node rewards. Top validator is at 1,102.16 SPS per day or 14*1,102.16=15,430 SPS per season! More than my total SPS earnings!

About two thousand of my SPS earnings came from Survival mode, which came out as one of the best ways to earn SPS in Splinterlands.

Another interesting fact is that we can calculate average SPS earnings per win in Wild and Modern Leagues:

Wild Wins: 129
Modern Wins: 117

Average win per battle in Wild: 714 / 129 = 5.535 SPS
Average win per battle in Modern: 1387/ 117 = 11.855 SPS

When I first set my goal four months ago I had the following SPS balance:

Two months later I was at 435,122 SPS staked. That is a difference of 16,324 SPS or around 8,000 SPS per month.

And now I am at 461,920 Staked SPS!

That is an increase of 26,799 SPS! or almost 13k SPS per month. My SPS staking has been accelerating thanks to the new Survival mode and SPS Validator earnings.

At 26K+ SPS per month I should be able to reach my 500k SPS goal in less than two months which would be in May!

Then what would be next? Next my goal will be 1,000,000 SPS staked!

April started out pretty good with my Hive Power 10,000 goal achieved!

I have upgraded my witness to a newer version 1.27.8 and had some problems with missing blocks due to peer to peer connectivity issues and peer count change. I am happy to report that I have fully resolved those issues and my witness is back online and no longer missing blocks.

This did result in me having to take my witness node offline for about a week, so my witness Hive earnings took a hit. Still witness rewards came in a close third place for my thirty day earnings overall:

As you can see my author earnings is by far the biggest source of my Hive Power at 802 HP in the last thirty days! Even at the current low Hive prices that is around $175 per month. And this is why all Splinterlands players should be blogging on the Hive blockchain!

So what is my next goal with Hive? I am currently ranked as a Dolphin at 1,326 place with 10,122 HP and would like to become an Orca! Orca is 59,651 HP right now so my new goal is 60,000 HP! Which would take me close to the top 300 Hive Power holders!

How long will it take me? Well I don't know, it is a big goal! At about 1,000 HP per month that is 50 months or over four years...
