Know me better

Hello I am Sebastian husband of my beautiful wife and father of two children and I want to make a little introduction of how I am and how I think, I hope you will be inspired by my story.

Robert Kiyosaki once said: '' Starting a business is like jumping out of an airplane without a parachute. In the air, the entrepreneur begins to build a parachute and waits for it to open before touching down.''

So my motto is, go for it, you just start and don't worry about not having all the answers yet, because if you are determined to succeed you will surely find them on the journey.

I remember ,,I jumped'' out of that plane when I was very young, and so far the parachute has never failed me. You see, when I was 16 years old I learned the trade in my family's bakery. So that was my first jump.

As I am in love with nature and the smell of wood, two years later I started in a furniture factory as an apprentice. After 7 months I was already part of a team of carpenters who worked as freelancers. My job was to organize the daily tasks and orders.

Both trades taught me the importance of simple things, details and organizing the work. But above all, the importance of teamwork.

At the age of 21 I took my biggest leap (the biggest challenge), perhaps the most dangerous. I arrived in Spain, a young Romanian with some experience and a desire to achieve financial freedom.

I like sports, basketball, soccer. I think that to some extent practicing them helped me to achieve my goals. I also love hiking, skydiving and buddy jumping. Nothing, sport is one of my passions and that's what I pass on to my children as well. 🙌

Striving to achieve the goals you set for yourself is like playing sports. You have to train daily, maintain a balanced diet and above all a lot of discipline, according to Dr. Alex Dey, a great teacher from whom I learned a lot, the definition of discipline is, do what you have to do, when you have to do it, whether you feel like it or not.

Banish the words: "I can't" and "it's impossible" will make you score a basket.
In life you have to fight, take risks, have clear goals and face situations with positivism, for me the biggest risk is not taking risks, staying stuck in your dreams and not trying to do anything to make them come true, only in this way you run the great risk of not achieving anything all your life.

I told them that I arrived in Spain when I was 21, I did not master the language, so everything was complicated for me. However, that did not diminish my strength. I read, I listened to audiocassettes; little by little I got better and better.

Once again I saw myself as a student, this time as a builder. And again I achieved what I wanted. When I knew enough, I started to do renovations as a freelancer. But this was not enough, I longed for more. In 2008 I entered the world of sales and succeeded. I have formed teams of more than 200 people here a picture of one of the offices I managed this time in Alicante Spain, what a good memory I was well young 🤣😂🤣.

In the same way I like several sports, among them some extreme ones. The same happened with my investments. I ventured into other businesses; you know, diversifying is important. Look at it as putting your money to work for you, that's what I did.

In the end, the biggest challenge was not to arrive in an unknown country and start from scratch; it was to challenge myself.
A team

Often many believe that launching alone into a new life, business or otherwise, is the best thing to do. I think it's important to have a good team to support you.

But enough with all the work, because not everything in life is business and work. You need to relax, have fun, have a few drinks. I love barbecues. Everyone there, laughing, talking: friends, family.

It's getting your strength back. It's that moment when you jump out of the plane and look at the sky, enjoy the air; as if you were flying. Then, you open the parachute and step on solid ground.

Life is a succession of moments, tiny instants that always count. If you are one of those who think that achieving financial freedom, having your own business and generating a stable income is impossible, you are wrong. You are wrong. I started in Romania when I was 16 years old and now in Spain I have achieved my dreams.

Lately I like trading and new technologies so in the next blogs I will also talk to you about technology, finance and how the future looks like according to my perception.

PS: I recommend you a great book, ''Rich Dad Poor Dad'' by Robert Kiyosaki, he is my best mentor and my favorite author, his life inspired me to achieve my goals. I hope this blog does the same for you.
