The Orc race are one of the race that resides in Praetoria. They usually have large and muscular bodies, stooped posture, porcine features such as low forehead and protruding brow, They have large, task-like lower canines, coarse hair and wolf-like ears.
They reach maturity between 13- 15 years but has relatively short lifespan with some rarely live past the age of 60. In terms of Hierarchy, Orcs determine their leaders through combat and display of strength. While men traditionally dominates the social structure, female Orcs has started to gain positions in as an effect of being exposed to other cultures.
Currently Revealed Orc units
As of the writing of this post, there are currently 5 cards with the Orc bloodline. 2 of them belongs to water and another 2 belongs to death and the last one is an earth unit.
They have large amounts of health but they are not particularly strong when it comes to damage and neither that fast but with them getting Enrage, they will get 1.5x increased in their melee and speed when they received damage.
Aside from this cards, there are also 3 units that can be given the Enrage ability through Bloodline Dominion even though they do not really share the same bloodline because they have Shapeshift which allows them to be treated as any race.
My Early Strategy
To utilize the strength of Gorgug the Endless and the Orc Bloodline my early strategy would include the use of cards with Electrified debilitation with the effect of inflicting damage to all allied units at the beginning of round 2. As of the moment, there were two cards that can do the work- first is Shook Trooper which is a Rebellion Reward and Water Diviner that is a water element card that is part of Conclave Arcana. With them around, I could deliberately trigger the Enrage ability on the Orc units to make them have an increased speed and melee attacks. The downside of this strategy is that as long as units with Electrified remains in play, all of their ally units will continue to receive 1 damage each round.
At the same time, among the revealed orcs, two of them has the Painforge ability which gives them +1 power when damage by Poison, Burning or hit by an ally. So the more times that they get damaged by Electrified, they will gain more attack.

Closing
And that was my initial assessment to Gorgug the Endless and the rest of the currently revealed Orc race. I think that they were deliberately made more beefy to make it so that they can survive with the effects of debilitation to trigger their Enrage. It surely will be interesting how Debilitations and Bloodline Dominion will interact with one another once Conclave Arcana comes into ranked battle.
Thank you and see you on the next post!
