Hello Everyone,
I am back after so many days. Today I am going to share my recent experience on a travel.

It was the first time I visited The Bahia Palace while my journey in Marrakech. I was amazed by the beauty of this Palace. As a photographer I was totally inspired by all the colours that we find during our visit, on the side of gardens they amazed me and its architecture as well. I noticed a lot of admiration in eye’s visitors that I completely understand it such it is a beautiful place. I was amazed during my visit, I loved taking photographs of this place and, so, I had an inspired moment filled in The Palace Bahia.

History
Between 1866 and 1867 Vizir Si Mussa a great Vizir of Sultan Hassan 1st of Morocco started building the northern part of this Palace of 8000 hectares as a Riad, which was the biggest one at that time. After his death, his son Ahmed Ben Mussa kept building the Palace by tackling the southern part of the Palace named Bahia, a name coming from his favourite mistress.
Bahia means “the beauty, the brilliant”.

Description
This ancient Palace from XIX century with its 8000 hectares is in Marrakech in Morocco. This is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture and Islamic Art gets equipped with 150 rooms richly decorated with bright colours and built with marble. Beautiful paintings are painted on beech wood and cedar wood that we find around green gardens in which there are orange trees, banana trees, cypress trees, hibiscus trees, and jasmine trees.

Gardens of the Bahia Palace
Gardens are particularly marvellous with their orange trees and fountains spread in the corners. They are a peaceful place where you could stay sat down for hours such it gives you this impression to be in a little piece of heaven, as they wanted to have many years ago. For them, gardens are a strong symbol in Muslim culture, which is a representation of heaven for humans. Indeed, the garden is a symbolic representation of a sacred world while the fountain represents water that allows giving a balance between colours and smell through fruits that are produced from trees in those gardens. That is what we discover through our visit to the Palace of Bahia and its multiple gardens all around.

Why do I recommend it?
This is a superb place in which it needs to linger a long time before continuing your visit of interest centres in Marrakesh. Take your time to discover the Bahia Palace.
