Some personal memoirs.....
As wrote in my last post, my family members visited the Chausathi Yogini Temple very first time, even though I had been there on multiple occasions. Every time I have gone there, it's for a get together and the place has evolved to be a niche tourist spot over the time because of it's vicinity to the city.
We have a very strong religious belief and we always try to teach our kids to pursue life on religious paths or so called a "Path with a Heart" - a deeply personal journey focused on connecting with the Divine, understanding one’s true self, and aligning daily life with higher values. This path often involves moving beyond superficial religious practices to embrace a more profound, experiential, and transformative spiritual life.
In order to live a fully satisfied life, we need to select a path that resonates deeply, instead of just following rituals, which can lead to emptiness.
An artist capturing the yoginis in his pencil art - I consider these people having a gifted hand..
And let me wrap this post with some beautiful captures of the place.
There is an handicraft store that has been opened recently and you get these items at a very competitive price, because there is less crowd.
You will have to do a little bargain but we felt the price was pretty reasonable.
