Hello everyone.
About month ago I did update on our Greenhouse. Since last update the plants changed quite a bit. Weather is getting warmer and plants are growing faster. We watered the plants and it was good opportunity to take some photos and record progress .
Now everything is bigger inside the greenhouse. All plants are doing good. Some better than previous year. There was also small addition to the greenhouse . Having more plants is good and if there is some place left to plant why not use it.

We already picked some of the green onions and garlic stems. They are very delicious - both in cooking or fresh as they are.
I will try to do comparison photos from January update and now.
Short reminder about the greenhouse and planting strategy.
We have rows of green onions and spinach, variety of lettuce and chard planted between green onions.
They grew nicely together and you fill unused space and get delicious spinach, lettuce and chard.

Difference between January and February.
This is how greenhouse looks now.

And this is how it looked in January.

Green onions
Green onions are doing good. Already big enough to collect some green onions stems from time to time and use them. One or two stems here and there. They still need to grow.

Green onions were also doing well in January.

Lettuce
This year we have three different types of lettuce in our greenhouse.
Last year some lettuce did not sprout and it needed to be replanted but this year lettuce grows nicely.

Lettuce in January.

Spinach
Difference in size from January and now is most noticeable with spinach as now it has grown much bigger leaves compared to the small, thin ones in the beginning of its growth.

Spinach in January.

There should be chard among green onions but it seems there is not much of it. Later on it should be more clear how chard is doing and what are next steps regarding chard.
In the beginning of the post I mentioned that there is a small addition to the greenhouse. There was some place left so nothing wrong with having more spinach.
It growing nicely so far.

There are several bigger chards left from the last year.

Dandelion is here as well.

With more sun and warmth the amount of care of the greenhouse should increase. Plants inside look healthy and strong. Slowly winter rest in the garden is over and work starts.
