Recently the incidence of testicular cancer has been increasing gradually and has affected allot of person of different age limit. Testicular self examination is literally one of the most common, easy and most economical way of early detection of testicular abnormality.
Testicular self examination is done gently by using the thumb, and the the two fingers after the thumb to gently rub and massage the testes taking note of the size, shape, pains of there is any and also if there is changes and all.
Sometimes, this little and brief procedure might be look at as a waste of time but literally it helps allot. Please let's try and practice this , encourage our male friends to also do this. For any abnormality observe, please visit a health facility. Thank you.
