My name is Derrick Sach Dharam Singh Mulira Barnicoat. I have been interested in cryptocurrencies for about 8 years now. More recently I have been researching all the different ways blockchain technology is being used and that is how I stumbled upon Steemit. I am looking forward to participating in this new type of social networking.
I am currently living in Hawaii on the Big Island. I am originally from the greater NYC area. I have lived up and down the northeastern corridor for most of my life, but I am slowly becoming a Big Island local. I am a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, new media artist, electronic musician, general creative type, a Sikh Ugandan American, a Dao Dabbler and Daoist Qi Gong practitioner. I have been active in the arts, teaching yoga and meditation in New York City and beyond.
