Today I would like to look at 1 Peter 3 verse 17 to 18
17)For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.
18)For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.
We must except undeserved suffering, and we must not feel alone when we suffer undeservedly, as Jesus Himself suffered for us and died on the cross to pay for our sins. He also predicted that we as His followers will suffer, thus suffering must not come as a surprise for us. One day we will be rewarded with eternal life.
