Merry Christmas,
I hope you steemians have had been able to calm down and spend some quality-time with your family and friends during the holidays, as I've done. Yesterday, Christmas Eve, I spent with my family eating a lot of good food and playing some games with my younger cousins.
They got a mini pool and a mini soccer table for Christmas, and they liked them a lot :) Their dad had also dusted off his old hockey table, and that was actually the game we played most. Probably over 30 years old and still working and altering tons of fun! We even calmed down after multiple rounds of hockey, soccer and pool games and played one session of the old classic Monopoly board game. It's good to learn the younger generation the differences between investing and consuming.
This is what I call great time and what Christmas is all about! Enjoying the holiday together with Friends and Family. Whatever reason Christmas came up as, today I feel that its importance lies in the sense of holiday you have and that you’re able to spend it with your beloved ones. Or in another way that is more accurate for your own preferences!
A fun thing was to notice the enthusiasm my cousins, who are in their early teens, had towards these old-school games even if they’re grown up in the computer age and used to play their games online. It showed that even old technology is still working among the youngsters!

Lastly, the two photos are from exactly one week ago as I was also celebrating a calm weekend at a cottage at silent forest pound. The photo is taken in the morning before the sun starts to rise, as you can see.

I hope You enjoy the holidays!
