There is one thing that always gets me crazy, when people start to say that eating caviar is an act of snobism, in my opinion caviar is a really special delicacy that has a lot of complex flavours. Yesterday I ordered some russian caviar and oh my, it was so delicious, paired with a simple blini and creme fraiche.
