Beef and some vegetables?yeah but why not to push it to next level.So i come up with idea of pistachios crusted(roasted,blended pistachios mixed with dijon mustard and panko breadcrumbs) beef fillet served with medley of vegetables including some violet potatoes (that are very cool ,tasty and look beautiful) ,saute baby leeks and carrots,peas and chilli holendaise with red peppers as a sauce.
Beef served medium rare (145F/57C)
