Are we comfortable enough within ourselves to share breath, to gaze into another's eyes to say I see you without speaking?
I am one that definitely loves a good conversation although I'm beginning to truly realise that most conversations of words spoken are truly a waste of brain cells.
I believe that so much more can be said in silence, by being still within ourselves in the presence of another.
Why are we in such a hurry to transfer information to each other? Must we constantly fill the space with the noise of words?
Breathing in the silence will help us to remember that we are all actors acting upon the stage of remembrance!
