One of my #raceto100K team mates posted this list of personal promises on FB this morning. I realized that while several of these promises have been been an integral part of who I am, I have fallen short on the majority. I have no doubt that embodying the full list will make a difference in anyone's life! Therefore, I am committing to remind myself of these promises to my morning meditations.
