３月…… 日差しがポカポカと心地よくて、日向ぼっこしたくなる季節( ^ω^ )
ですが。
３月って、紫外線がめちゃくちゃ急増する時期らしいです。
しかも５月になると、完全に紫外線のピークを迎えるらしいです。
なので、今の時期から日焼け止めは欠かせません。
そんな我が家の日焼け止めは、この２つ。
まず。この黄色いほうが、
Johnson＆Johnsonの、「ベビーUVローション」。
これは子供用に。SPFの数値も低くて、普段使いにピッタリ( ^ω^ )
やわらかいクリームみたいで、子供にも塗りやすいし肌なじみも良い( ^ω^ )
そんで、このスプレータイプのほうが、私専用。
「紫外線予報 透明UVスプレー」。
これ、石澤研究所ってとこから出てるやつです。
ちょっとマイナーなメーカーだけど、これは本当お気に入り！
SPFが５０＋で、PAも＋＋＋＋という驚異の紫外線防御パワー！！
もっと嬉しいのは、成分がUVカプセルに入ってること。
スプレータイプのやつって肌荒れしたりするのが多いけど、これは成分がカプセルに包まれてるから、とーっても肌に優しい！！
顔もメイクの上からでOKだし、体も手軽にシューって出来るし、何よりまじで焼けにくいです( ^ω^ )
