Invenium Corporation operates on the Hive blockchain, which allows for fast, feeless transactions and is a subsidiary of Splinterlands. Currently on the Invenium operated site known as Genesis League Sports hosts the game known as Genesis League Goals. A second app is being introduced that will be the Hive Blockchains first Sports prediction market. That new upcoming apps name will be Prime Pick. GLX Token:
The governance and utility token for the
Genesis League Sports ecosystem.
Play-to-Earn:
Play the games on the GLS platform and earn rewards for doing so.
Franchise License:
A one-time purchase of a Franchise License is required
to unlock play-to-earn rewards and ranked play for GLG.
Similiar to a Spellbook purchase in Splinterlands.
Prime Pick hasn't launched yet but it is designed to use a two token system to reward those who participate. A dual-token system — POWER (fuel token) and GLX (reward token). Players burn POWER to buy prediction shares on game outcomes. When the event resolves each winning share pays exactly 1 GLX. All POWER used is permanently burned making POWER (fuel token) deflationary. All apps on the GLS platform must utilize the GLX Token. Both Prime Pick and Genesis League Goals does so.

The GLG game utilizes in-game assets that can be found in packs. The GLG packs are known as GMLSPA Packs. These packs can be found on markets such as TribalDex (Powered by Hive-Engine) and contain five in-game assets. Cards within these packs come in four rarity levels; Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Each card found in a pack has a 2% chance to turn gold. Combining cards levels them which gives them better stats. Gold cards can not be combined with regular foil cards. Genesis League Sports has a sister site known as Arcade Colony. The flagship game of Arcade Colony is Moon Karts (A racer style game).
