Hello steemit, today i want to speak about beans.
Im freezing beans , because i don't like to buy beans conserved or dried one .
To freeze beans you need to remove the green beans from the pods, rinse in water and put in a bag and in the freezer.
This beans are great for stews and soups.
You throw beans in the boiling water and it is much faster to cook them than dried one , plus more vitamins from them.
