So, New Mexico just decriminalized marijuana, California is still recreational... and here in Arizona we are just medical.
regardless, doesnt change my original problem with California. Its been a few years & they have electronically taken the only yearly opportunity to adjust the child support amount.. up. again. so, i am close to being completely underwater.
The letter say, if you are behind by 2k and owe over 10k you can be extradited. well, my disability check is from taxed earning in California and you get half. for no reason.
Marijuana is recreational legal in California and those bastards stole my child.
I was a legal prop 215 patient at the time. with the same genetic conditions when Judge Maas stole my child as when the California Child Court refused to listen as they took my disability, under Arizona medical, and a full med history.. forced me to file disability to repay my owed child support.
still haven't seen or heard from her. Shes 18 now.
