I would like to share one of my favourite food to the world. This dish is known as Gappa Gotala and it is extremely delicious. The gappa itself is a giant crispy bowl that houses all the chaana chaat and the numerous chutneys with a serving of yoghurt and sev plus some veggies; onions, tomato and boil potatoes are enclosed in this giant bowl.
