Your lips, a bridge to a fascinating world,
Of laughter, hugs and songs in the mind.
But also of tears and farewells,
That left deep and indelible marks.
In each scar, a lesson learned,
A battle fought, a story shared.
They are imprints on my skin that will not fade,
Symbols of love, though it hurts to remember.
And so, I give myself to the deep scars,
Which like tattoos I bravely keep.
Because they are part of who I am in this life,
A testimony of passion and joy.
