First step The first thing we are going to do is to cut the vegetables that we will use to season our meat, which would be the onion and garlic. They will have to be cut in small squares and we will place them in a preheated frying pan with the oil and we will let them brown over medium low heat. After our vegetables are browned, we are going to add the meat and we will be stirring constantly until all the meat is cooked.
Second step: It is time to cut the remaining vegetables, which would be the tomato, the peppers, also making cuts in the shape of squares and we will add it to the pan mixing it with the meat over low heat. It is time to flavor our food. We put the condiments that would be the chili, paprika, salt, pepper and we will mix them in the same way so that the meat and vegetables get the flavor. Finally, we will add the red beans previously precooked and the tomato juice, we will stir them with the rest of the ingredients and we will let them cook over low heat for an average of 15-20 minutes, with our pan covered.
Third step: After the time has passed, we will taste our food to make sure it does not lack salt and everything is well cooked. We will serve in a plate and we will place our topping cheese leaving it to melt with the heat of our food, we place aside the cream cheese and ready you can eat your chili con carne, I personally accompanied it with nachos, as a good Mexican dish, but this dish can be accompanied with rice, tortillas or you can even eat it as it is.
