First step: The first thing we need to do is place the milk in a bowl, then add the egg and mix until both ingredients are blended, then add the sugar, vanilla and mix again, add the salt, flour, but it will be in a paused way without stopping to mix instantly, after being mixed, add the powdered milk also mix and finally add the previously crushed hazelnuts.
Second step: When all the ingredients are mixed and we will check that there are no lumps in the mixture, we cook the mixture in a preheated frying pan at medium low heat. I recommend greasing it beforehand, but if your pan is very good, you don't need to grease it. I usually cover the pancakes to help the mixture cook very well inside. One of the things we will know when we can turn the pancake is that it will start to bubble on the top and we will have to turn it at the moment, since cooking pancakes you have to always be present because they burn fast.
