Immortality without wealth, power or influence is nothing but a burden and an unending cycle of misery and suffering, while immortality with wealth, power, connections and influence is called a worthy living. If immortality was something we all could purchase with money at any point in time, do you think we would have a life that is as stable as this? Honestly, I don’t think so and that is because immortality was never part of the deal we were promised on earth, so anyone chasing immortality in this world is likely to be termed a criminal…
According to Lord C. Robbins in economics, he said human needs and wants are insatiable, the more humans get what they want the more they desire for something else, and from this fact he concluded that human needs and wants are definitely insatiable. Do you think men will stop desiring for something else after they’ve achieved immortality, no I don’t think so and that’s because our continuous desire for more things is what makes us humans. The moment immortality becomes available to everyone, the balance of this world will automatically be altered and that’s the fact. Anything that has a production date must definitely have an expiry date…
Every man born to this world automatically have an expiry date, and that expiry date can also be called their death date. Death is a debt we all owe as humans from the beginning of time, the older we become the nearer our expiry date, and this is exactly one of the reasons why some people don’t even bother celebrating their birthdays. The reason for this is because every birthday celebrated is a reminder that their death day is gradually coming closer…
Life won’t be appreciated and valued if death wasn’t in the picture. Immortality at some point will eventually become tiring and boring, especially when there’s nothing worth living for anymore as a person, at this point immortality becomes a curse, which brings us to the question of the day…
If immortality could be purchased, would i ever consider buying it?…
Hmmm, this is a deep one but guess what my answer to this question is very simple and straightforward, and the reason for this particular answer of mine is even shorter…
Honestly, if immortality could be purchased, I don’t think i will ever consider it for any reason. Immortality to some people is a blessing but to me it is more of a curse than a blessing, especially in this part of my world where everything is upside down, what is the essence of immortality in a world filled with greediness and injustice…
Everything with a production date also come with an expiration date, this is not only applicable to consumables, it is also applicable to human lives. Immortality becomes useless and worthless when there is nothing worth living for anymore...
In conclusion, without death life won’t be appreciated and valued. There is no joy in living forever, especially if it means having to witness the exit of your family and loved ones, it is better to go when the time is right than to be alive to witness such EVIL. There is no joy in witnessing the exit of one’s loved ones, and for someone with the gift of immortality, he or she is bound to be all alone for life, and from loneliness comes depression and before you know it immortality which was once considered a blessing will now be seen as a curse…
