As the moon started to rise above the mountains.
Illumination was at 98%
Waning Gibbous is the first phase after the Full Moon. It lasts around 7 days with the Moon’s light growing smaller every day until it becomes a Last Quarter Moon with an illumination of 50%. The moon rises later each night setting after sunrise in the early hours of the morning.
