Carrots and beans may seem simple, but they are two vibrant and nutrient-rich vegetables that become even more delightful when stir-fried. Materials Used.
green bean 100g.
carrot 100g.
3 Tablespoon of Coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of mustard seed.
1 Teaspoon of mustard paste.
1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.
1 Teaspoon of Black pepper.
1/4 Teaspoon of Cumin.
1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
1 pies cinnamon.
2 chopped green chilies.
A few finely chopped onions.
A few coarsely chopped onions.
Curry leaves
A piece of Pandan.
2 teaspoon of Soy sauce.
Salt as need.
The cooking process as follows.
Now, let’s begin by washing and cleaning the carrots and green beans thoroughly. Then, chop them into small pieces.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about three tablespoons of coconut oil and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. Then, mix in fenugreek seeds, cumin, cinnamon, and garlic, allowing them to sauté until fragrant.
Next, add curry leaves, pandan leaves, and finely chopped onions to the pan. Stir well and let them sauté until they turn golden and fragrant.
Next, add the chopped carrots and green beans to the pan. Stir well and let them sauté for a while until they start to soften slightly.
Now, add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, and mustard paste to the pan. Mix everything well to evenly coat the vegetables with the spices.
Finally, add soy sauce, chopped green chilies, and sliced big onions to the pan. Mix everything well and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Then, remove it from the heat and serve hot. Enjoy your nutritious and flavorful mixed vegetable fry!
