A soft caramel cake, made at home, brings together the warmth of baking and the rich, honey-like flavor of caramelized sugar. Materials Used.

Wheat flour 250g.
Sugar 150g.
1 Drop of Food coloring.
Pure Coconut Oil 100ml.
Some finely chopped cashews.
1 1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
Some water.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let’s begin by taking a bowl and adding the following ingredients: Coconut oil, water, baking soda, 100g of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until fully combined.
Next, add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix well again. Then, add a few cashew nuts and a little food coloring, and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Next, pour the prepared mixture into a baking tray to bake.
Now, you can bake it either in a rice cooker or in an oven. I prepared mine using a rice cooker, and it took about 30 to 40 minutes to cook.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add sugar and let it melt and caramelize. Once it turns into a caramel, add a little water and let it cook further until it becomes a smooth caramel sauce. Then remove it from the heat and pour it over the top of the cake. Finally, cut the cake into pieces and enjoy.
